1.1 update

A bunch of small improvements.

• Added a section for content warnings in the game menu

• Changed some colors to make the menu interface slightly more colorblind-friendly (still not perfect, but it’s an improvement)

• Fixed a typo and replaced the icon for the android version

• Modified the progressive download config to make the pictures load before launching the game (hopefully this will prevent them from showing up pixelated for the first few seconds when playing in-browser)
